Delivery Information

1. Where

We have customers from all over UK and several European countries. 

2. When

We use DPD / Interlink Tracked Next Working Day delivery for most parts of Mainland UK. DPD / Interlink will send you One Hour Delivery Slot to your mobile phone and e-mail address.

Saturday delivery service can be arranged at no extra cost. For Friday dispatched items, we normally require Saturday delivery service.

3. Cost

We never like P&P when shopping online. However, delivery does cost money, especially when the products weigh from 16 to 20 kg.

1. For light items such as an LED Lamp, the delivery cost is £2.99 (less than 2kg) via MyHermes 3-4 working day delivery services.

2. For Desks, our warehouse's contract courier is DPD / Interlink (Interlink is DPD's brand) and the contract prices are listed below.  We have British customers all over the country (including Jersey and Guernsey) and European customers from Ireland, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Bulgaria, and Cyprus. We may use Parcelforce for these areas. For any areas other than Mainland UK, before delivery, we'll always try to get a cheaper delivery quote from some shipping agents. For any overpayment from customers, we'll refund the balance. If you live in areas other than Mainland UK, you're welcome to ask for a delivery quote before placing any orders.

In certain circumstances, we may use other courier companies.  We will do our best to deliver your goods in good time.

4. Delivery tips:

(1) Courier companies normally request signatures on delivery. If you really want your parcel to be left "next to ;the bin", "in the porch" or "behind the shed", we can pass the information on to the courier. However, if in any case the parcel goes missing after the courier has left it unattended based on your instruction, we will not be able to send another desk to the customer. If a signatory is not available at your home address, please consider an alternative delivery address where a representative for yourself is available to sign, or designate your workplace as your preferred delivery location.

(2) Check your parcel immediately upon receiving itThe number of cartons delivered to you will be the number of items you paid for, e.g. you bought a desk and a bookstand, there will be two cartons delivered. Please check the number of cartons and their labels on the cartons when they arrive. If we dispatch your products separately, we will make it clear in both e-mails and invoices; otherwise, your products will be sent together. If you only receive part of your products, please inform us immediately and within 7 days, so we will be able to trace the missing carton during transit. After 7 days, we will not be able to accept claims that you ordered two items, but only one was delivered.
