1. Returns and Cancellation
Products sold by BEST DESK are backed by our 14 day money-back guarantee (“14-Day Money-Back Guarantee”), unless otherwise stated in our returns and refunds policy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you change your mind about a product or you would like to change the colour, please contact us to arrange return. You are responsible for the cost of any returns.
Under our Money-Back Guarantee the purchase price will be refunded provided that, your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. You should allow up to 14 days from receipt of your returned item at Best Desk for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the products. Our delivery charges will not be refunded.
You also have a statutory right to cancel your purchase. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days from the day after the date on which the product is delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice. You must take reasonable care of the item and you should return the item to us (at your own risk and cost) within 7 working days of notifying us of your cancellation. The item must be returned unused. Please return the item with its original packaging.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products
For any item that is delivered in a damaged or faulty condition, BEST DESK will replace the item with the same, or a similar product (subject to stock availability). BEST DESK will bear the cost of replacing the damaged or faulty item with a new item.
Please contact us to arrange for the return product for a courier to collect it from you.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement product and to recover the cost of the return delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear. We do ask that damaged or faulty products are returned promptly.
Nothing in this section or elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions or in our returns policy affects your statutory legal rights.
